Our softest, warmest tights. Designed for colder days or for when you want those pins to be solid black. Choose a High or Low waistband.

We make The Eighty tights from an Italian double-covered yarn (92% polyamide, 8% elastane,) which gives a warmth and depth that is intrinsically luxurious as well as being perfect for everyday wear.
The waistband uses the same yarn but is knitted on a separate machine designed to make a perfectly seamless band and then hand-sewn onto the body of the tights using a light cotton thread.
We dye the tights Jet Black (using Pantone 19-0303TPX because it gives the richest colour) and label them with a small satin tag.

Hip Width

(cm)

Worrying that the tights will be too long?

Don’t! As long as you get the hip measurements right, you won’t have a problem. Our only recommendation is that our petite customers (4’8 - 5’3) tend to find the low waistband a bit more comfortable.

How to measure your hip width.

Stand with you feet together on a level surface and wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (approximately 7-9 inches below your waistline).

We think perfect tights should have a perfect shipping policy to go with them so we are pleased to offer free shipping across Europe and certain worldwide locations.

For our customers in the UK, orders received by 2pm should be with you next day.

For the rest of the EU it may take a little longer but we hope to have your tights with you, fresh from our London warehouse, in 3-4 days.

We do everything we can to make extraordinary tights but luxury tights just aren’t as robust as a pair of jeans so please do take care of them.

If you have the time, the best way to look after your tights is to hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent but don’t worry if not, simply use a delicate cycle in the washing machine and try to keep them apart from zips and buttons that could snag.
