For sure, her female forms are abstracted; but their solidness and expressiveness make them feel more real than regular, body focussed underwear ads. Here are images that express what it feels like to be a woman, and that’s what we’re all about here at Heist. We’d found our artist. It was a perfect fit.

What was the inspiration behind the images you created for Heist?

When beginning this collection with Heist, I was immediately drawn to the ‘Whatever’ campaign; the idea of expanding the initiative into ‘Whatever Love’ felt like a perfect fit. Profiling the wide range of love seamlessly paralleled the wide range of lives Heist can become a part of through impeccable tights.

What does your body mean to you?

My body is the container that carries my thoughts, emotions, and soul.

What is the inspiration behind the form that give your figures?

Women I see throughout my travels.

Who are your biggest influences?

My family; they have inspired me to create since I was a small girl, and for that I am forever grateful.

What do you think is the most important thing in a relationship?

Honesty, with yourself.

How would you describe your relationship with yourself?

It aims to be as honest as possible; I attempt to take what my gut has learned thus far in life and go with it.

Who do you feel has been the biggest influence on your work and why?

There are several, but as of late, female passersby. Women are the most inspiring to me, demonstrating incredible strength, intelligence, and resilience.

How have your romantic relationships changed as you’ve got older?

They have all become more honest; mainly due to my open and truthful relationship with myself.
